Human Knot
Grab random hands and untangle yourselves without letting go.

What you need
- Nothing
Setup
Stand in circles of 8–12 people, shoulder to shoulder.
How to play
- Everyone reaches into the middle and grabs two different hands, not the hands of anyone right next to them.
- Without letting go, the group untangles itself by stepping over, ducking under, and twisting.
- The goal is to end up in one big circle (sometimes two linked circles).
How to win
The first group to untangle wins.
Leader tips
- Make groups the same gender if your group prefers it.

No one could get untangled alone. The group needed each other: "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
